Are you passionate about educational excellence and shaping the future of teacher education? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Quality and HE Education Programmes to lead quality assurance and enhancement across our diverse and ambitious Further Education (FE) college.

About the Role: As Head of Quality and HE Education Programmes, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of:

  • All Initial Teacher Education (ITE) programmes, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and produce exceptional teaching professionals.
  • HE Early Years and HE Business programmes.
  • College-wide quality assurance and continuous improvement, driving performance and fostering a culture of high expectations.
  • The development of inspirational teaching, learning, and assessment practices across FE, HE, and adult provision.

You will work closely with senior leaders, curriculum managers, and external partners to ensure our provision not only meets but exceeds sector benchmarks, positioning the college as a centre of excellence in teacher training and quality learning experiences.
