We are looking for an individual who is well organized, with good communication skills and the ability to multi-task is essential. Your primary role will be Purchasing activities: managing, controlling, goods sourcing and materials inventory ensuring efficient stock levels and smooth operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Run MRP from up-dated sales forecast.
- Read MRP report and establish items to be ordered and required delivery dates.
- Produce works orders - Machines and Components.
- Produce purchase orders - Components.
- Progress purchase orders and works orders.
- Chase late purchase orders.
- Ensure spare parts safety stocks are monitored and adjusted against production.
- Oversee the booking in parts received from suppliers.
- Returns notes checked and chased up against MRP requirements.
