Our client, a highly regarded legal practice in Kent known for their outstanding service, expertise and HNW client base, is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, towards HOD/Partnership.
About the Role
Our client is now looking for a commercially aware Solicitor with relevant experience in handling a busy caseload of civil and commercial disputes. This will consist of contract disputes, construction disputes, L&T matters, property disputes, debt collection, insolvency, share purchase agreements, employment settlement agreements and probate disputes.

Our client is looking for a Solicitor with a solid track record and at least 6 years+ relevant experience in handling a busy and complex caseload of litigation matters. You will need to be a commercially aware individual with a head for marketing and business development that can go out and promote the company within the local community.
