Are you a proven PreSales leader with technical knowledge in enterprise networking or network security? Our client - a fast-growing, US-headquartered provider of cutting-edge network automation and security solutions - is looking to hire a Director of PreSales for the EMEA region. This is a vital and high-impact role where you will drive technical excellence and strategic alignment across the EMEA go-to-market efforts, supporting enterprise sales opportunities, enabling partner success, and guiding and inspiring a team of talented PreSales Engineers.
What You Will Be Doing- Lead and mentor the EMEA PreSales / Sales Engineering team, ensuring strong alignment with sales to ensure a strong 'win-rate' on deals with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop and execute technical strategies for target accounts and regions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to customers and prospects - engaging in executive-level discussions around network transformation, automation, and security.
- Own the technical sales process and Proof-of-Value (PoV) execution.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing and Exec Leadership to provide field insights and help drive GTM improvements.
- 10+ years of experience in PreSales/Solutions Engineering, including at least 3 years in a management / leadership role.
- Domain knowledge in enterprise networking and at least one of the following:
- SD-WAN
- Network visibility
- Network automation
- Network management
- Network security
- Competitive base salary + bonus + equity
- Flexible remote-first working, with travel as needed
