Contracts Manager – Refurb and Fit Out Specialist – West London

Our client are a well established main contractor with a good reputation for delivering high spec refurb, fit out and restoration projects in London. These are valued from £50k to £3 million in value and include internal and external elements working for high profile clients.

The role is to manage 2-4 projects at any one time, working with site teams, the client and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects to a high standard. Having a positive client facing approach is essential, as well as the ability to embrace technology and project management tools to create clear information and documentation flows.
