A world leading supplier of precision motion technology is seeking an Electro-mechanical assembler to join their growing team. The Electromechanical Assembler post within the Production Department is primarily responsible for the build and visual inspection of the client's products.

The Role:

  • Assemble electro-mechanical assemblies with reference to assembly drawings, assembly instructions, bills of materials.
  • Diagnosing mechanical faults in sub-assemblies to component level and managing the repair/replacement.
  • To perform Dispatch and goods in function as and when necessary.
  • Feeding back observations from the prototype/current build.
  • To ensure consumables stock levels are monitored and low stock status is reported back to the Buyer.
  • To keep working area organised and tidy.

Requirements:

  • Ideally to have experience in mechanical assembly.
  • Experience in electronic/box build assembly.
  • Exhibit good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Basic computer skills (including experience in using Word, Excel, databases).
