Sue Ross Recruitment are seeking a Telephone Collections Agent to join our client’s dynamic and ever expanding debt recovery business in Sheffield. You will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses by phone to recover overdue debts. This involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls, discussing payment solutions, and handling potentially sensitive conversations professionally. Agents record accurate notes, follow compliance procedures, and work towards performance targets. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with IT systems are essential. The Role:
