The Role:

Are you passionate about Hair and Makeup, with experience in Business Management? Do you want to help shape the future of creative education?

We\’re looking for a Senior Lecturer to lead and teach exciting new degree courses (Levels 4-6) in Hair, Makeup, and Business at University College Birmingham.

What you\’ll do:

• Design and deliver innovative, industry-focused teaching.
• Help create real-world learning environments for students.
• Support students\’ growth, creativity, and career ambitions.
• Maintain strong links with industry.
• Contribute to the department\’s growth and reputation.

What we\’re looking for:

• A strong background in hair, makeup and prosthetics, plus business know-how.
• Experience teaching or leading creative education programmes.
• A passion for inclusive, inspiring, and future-focused teaching.
• A creative leader who can help shape an exciting new course.
