We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team on a fixed term basis for 4-months working 39 hours per week (part time hours will be considered). Hybrid working is available, and you will need to be able to commute to the Pembridge site in Herefordshire when required. As the Marketing Manager you will be assisting with the delivery of the agreed Marketing plan, which will include creating and implementing marketing campaigns that support the customer journey. You will execute projects to create awareness with clear performance measures, and work in conjunction with marketing colleagues to implement plans for specific audiences, sectors, and products. You will manage relationships with agency third parties and cultivate best practice communications. What we are looking for in our Marketing Manager: You will have: Demonstrable experience in successful project implementation. Experience of managing external agencies Meeting objectives and campaign deadlines Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to successfully multitask. Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills. Self-reliant, good problem solver results oriented. Self-motivated with an ability to thrive under pressure. Flexible, collaborative, and proactive Good written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills Whilst not essential, the following would be of benefit: A recognised professional qualification in marketing would be a distinct advantage. Management role in business to business sector Ability to travel within the UK. Market focused, with the ability to influence and engage with peers and build effective relationships.
