Social network you want to login/join with: Job Title: Project Manager We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale live events, from initial concept and design through to successful delivery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring events are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Salary: Up to £50,000 Key Responsibilities Monitor progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and drive project performance while minimising delays. Lead end-to-end execution of events, ensuring alignment with technical and production standards. Support the implementation of consistent processes and SOPs across all projects. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and project teams to define technical requirements and communicate plans. Job Requirements BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years of technical experience in the Corporate Staging or Broadcast industry; Project Management experience preferred. 1+ year of Supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and client relationship skills. Familiarity with budgets and cost control. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple complex tasks. Technical diagram knowledge/experience preferred. Ability to travel up to 50% may be required. Event Project Management Prepare and communicate technical production & labour schedules, project scope, and responsibilities. Determine and secure resources for projects. Maintain focus on client needs, create organized documentation, and respond to concerns. Monitor project scope and adjust as necessary. Assist with equipment needs and technical solutions. Review sales documents to meet client needs. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service. Provide leadership for technical teams. Ensure all safety documentation is in place and communicated. Event Execution Act as project leader and onsite contact for clients. Manage all phases of event technical execution. Oversee inventory management and onsite changes. Mentor team members and ensure compliance with standards. Follow health and safety requirements. Coordinate post-event reporting and billing. Administrative & Training Complete post-event reporting and analysis. Participate in developing SOPs. Review and analyze proposed events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
