If so, we would like you to come and join us as a Cluster Training Manager for The Landmark London, Royal Lancaster London, Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd's Bush and 15 Basil Street Apartments. As a Cluster Training Manager, you will be working within the Talent & Culture Department and report directly to the Group Director of Talent & Culture. You will be:

  • Coordinating all training sessions within our London businesses
  • Meeting the apprenticeships targets across the hotels
  • Managing the training budgets across the businesses
  • Facilitating training sessions across the businesses
  • Responsible for projects as and when required

Essential for our Cluster Training Manager:

  • Experience in a previous similar role
  • Intermediate written and spoken level of English
  • CIPD qualified preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays if required
