We're looking for a motivated leader to join us as our βHead of Scotland'. This is a unique role where you will take responsibility for growing the KPI Recruiting brand in Scotland across Industrial, Driving and Commercial amongst other specialist sectors.
You will have a proven track record of leading from the front and taking ownership of your teams' performance. The goal is to replicate the success we have had over the last 17 years across England, building a reputable brand for multidisciplined recruitment. Establishing long term partnerships with key stakeholders to enable the growth of KPI Recruiting across Scotland.
You'll be starting with a small team based in our new Glasgow office and have the remit to generate growth through sales, building out our internal teams and expanding our footprint to new geographic locations. We are looking for a strong leader who can build a positive culture focused on success and delivering a first-class recruitment service.
What does the role involve?
- Build a team of high performers with the will to succeed
- Manage the territory and expand the market share throughout Scotland
- Ensure a compliant recruitment service to all clients
- Lead the team in sales, both over the phone and face to face
- Provide expertise in the whole recruitment process
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the external recruitment market and associated competitive organisations, providing insights and guidance as necessary
- Monitor the quality of candidates and service provision
- Offer training and support to less experienced members of the team, sharing best practice and ensuring a collaborative and consistent approach
- Updating and tracking performance through weekly reporting
- Contribute to the development and establishment of KPI Recruiting online brand. Supporting all social media channels and activities.
- Drive sales incentives throughout the region.
- Manage P&L for all sectors
- Encourage a positive culture across the branches and region and motivate the team to strive for success through growth
