My client, a prominent US law firm, renowned for its expertise in complex, cross-border transactions and high-stakes litigation. With a strong client base spanning private equity sponsors, institutional investors, multinational corporations, and sovereign entities, The Firm combines deep sector knowledge with a collaborative, partner-led approach. Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate fund formation documents (LLP, LPAs, side‐letters) and related ancillary agreements. Advise on regulatory and structural matters, including AIFMD and FCA requirements. Support on secondary transactions, co-investments and portfolio company financings. Conduct due diligence and prepare client memoranda. Liaise with onshore and offshore counsels, tax advisers and fund administrators. Qualifications & Skills NQ or Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) within the past 12 months. Strong academic record and demonstrable interest in investment funds. Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Commercial awareness and adaptability to cross-border transactions.
