We’re looking for a Finance & Insurance Manager who’s ready to take the wheel and make a real impact. At County Mazda , you won’t just be moving paper, you’ll be helping people move forward. At County Mazda , we believe in building relationships, not just closing deals. As our F&I Manager , you\’ll help guide customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives. From navigating financing options to explaining warranty packages, you’ll play a key role in delivering an experience that’s personal, smooth, and stress-free.

Compensation: 100% commission – with earning potential of $100,000+ annually

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the bridge between lenders and clients, securing the best financing solutions for every unique situation.
• Process lease and finance deals efficiently and accurately.
• Present insurance, warranties, and protection options in a way that adds confidence and value.
• Keep our sales team sharp with the latest on finance programs and offerings.
• Ensure all client documentation is clean, clear, and compliant.
• Pitch in on some managerial duties as needed, we\’re a team here.

What You Bring:

• A strong sales background and a passion for helping people
• Previous F&I or automotive sales/finance experience
• A working knowledge of prime, subprime, and non-traditional lending
• Confidence in reading credit reports and guiding customers through financial decisions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
