What You'll Do
- Lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google Search, App Store and other platforms
- Scale user acquisition through structured A/B tests and channel experiments
- Build and optimise campaigns in partnership with external agencies
- Manage marketing budgets, CAC, ROAS and key funnel metrics
- Collaborate with product and design to improve conversion rates, landing pages and messaging
- Develop a framework for growth experiments and creative testing
- Drive marketing analytics, attribution and reporting
