The Compliance Graduate assists and provides administrative support to the Compliance Manager in performing his duties relating to Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and Data Protection for the three legal entities within the Market.
Knowledge, Experience, Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Business Studies / Business Administration / Economics / Management / Law desirable; - Min 2:1 attained within the last two years
- Knowledge of the regulatory regime and the requirements and guidance issued by the regulatory bodies is desirable;
- Ability to translate said knowledge into suggestions and recommendations to all business areas to adapt and comply with such changes;
- Ability to seek (or encourage others to seek) opportunities for different and innovative approaches to addressing organisational problems and opportunities;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Practical and collaborative approach;
- Excellent Analytical and IT Skills (e.g. Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.);
- Effective self-management and time management skills including the ability to quickly adapt to change.
