About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Visual Merchandising Coordinator to support franchise partner markets across the Middle East, Israel, Turkey, Belgium, and Copenhagen. This is a critical role that sits at the heart of our global VM operations, bridging the gap between central VM strategy and its execution across diverse international markets.
You’ll work closely with the central Visual Merchandising team to distribute and adapt seasonal guidance and ensure alignment with brand standards across all franchise locations. With an initial focus on creating a digital hub for VM guidelines and resources, you'll play a vital part in enhancing communication and operational efficiency for the broader franchise network.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all Visual Merchandising communication and coordination with franchise partners.
- Translate central VM strategies into clear, actionable guidance tailored for regional implementation.
- Lead the development and organisation of an online resource hub for VM guidelines and tools.
- Partner with internal VM stakeholders to align franchise executions with brand expectations.
- Support seasonal and campaign launches with detailed execution guidance and tracking.
- Manage VM administrative tasks including distribution of toolkits, calendars, and updates.
- Monitor compliance and support feedback loops from franchise partners.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of Visual Merchandising experience within a retail environment (franchise or international markets a strong plus).
- Proven ability to coordinate across departments and cultures, with exceptional organisational and project management skills.
- A clear, concise communicator who thrives on structure and consistency.
- Comfortable handling multiple deliverables and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience supporting retail campaigns or seasonal transitions is advantageous.
- No specific tools required, but ease with shared drives and digital resources is essential.
