Responsibilities:
- Leading analysis across technical and business change projects, with a focus on cyber security.
- Managing the end-to-end requirements gathering process and supporting the successful implementation of solutions.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand needs, analyse data, and propose tailored solutions.
- Mapping βas-isβ and βto-beβ business processes and contributing to the creation of support and operating models.
- Supporting test planning, UAT, business impact assessments, and training/communication strategies.
- Providing timely progress updates and supporting risk and issue management.
Experience required:
- Recent financial services / banking industry experience required.
- A proven track record of delivering impactful business analysis across technical IT projects.
- Strong exposure to IT Security, ideally within cyber programmes.
- Expertise in requirement elicitation, process mapping, impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency for data interpretation.
- Confident communicator who can simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a collaborative, can-do approach.
- Experience facilitating workshops and contributing ideas in a team environment.
Nice to Have (But Not Essential):
- Experience working on Cyber Security Programmes, especially involving security keys and certificates.
- Business Analysis certifications (e.g., BCS, IIBA).
- Technical or IT-related educational background.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
