Location: Hertfordshire

Pay Rate: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role: Oversee daily operations within the home, supporting and supervising residential staff while ensuring high standards of care for children and young people.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support residential support workers
  • Ensure care plans are implemented and reviewed
  • Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of residents
  • Liaise with external agencies and attend reviews/meetings
  • Provide on-call support and contribute to the on-call rota
