Job Title: Team Leader – Hertfordshire Location: Hertfordshire Pay Rate: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) About the Role: Oversee daily operations within the home, supporting and supervising residential staff while ensuring high standards of care for children and young people.
