About the Role: Oversee daily operations within the home, supporting and supervising residential staff while ensuring high standards of care for children and young people.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support residential support workers
- Ensure care plans are implemented and reviewed
- Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of residents
- Liaise with external agencies and attend reviews/meetings
- Provide on-call support and contribute to the on-call rota
