Our client is a global leader whose solutions underpin the workflows of tier-one broadcasters and media organisations worldwide.
As they continue to scale and deepen their engineering excellence, they are now seeking a Senior Broadcast Systems Engineer to join their architecture and implementation team. You’ll be joining a high-calibre technical environment where engineers are empowered to shape real-world systems used at the cutting edge of live video delivery.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of advanced broadcast software and cloud-based solutions.
- Collaborate with global technology partners to deliver next-generation broadcast infrastructure.
- Architect systems in partnership with commercial and pre-sales teams, ensuring robust, scalable, and future-proof solutions.
- Engage directly with clients and partners on design and implementation of mission-critical systems.
- Play a key role in PoC initiatives and RFP responses.
- Manage and deliver complex projects from initial design through to final deployment.
What You’ll Bring:
- Deep expertise in architecting and implementing broadcast systems for tier-one clients.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle).
- Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
- Familiarity with IP-based transport protocols (RTP, UDP, SRT, RIST, ZIXI).
- A strong grasp of networking, media standards (e.g., ST 2110, HEVC, MPEG-TS), and Linux environments.
- Client-facing experience with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points For:
- CCNP or equivalent network certifications.
- Experience with tools like Influx, Redis, Kafka, Grafana, or multicast networking.
