We are now seeking a Wholesale and Convenience Sales Manager. This is a unique role for someone who is experienced working with both Wholesale and Convenience customers, seeking a business that does things differently. The role involves partnering with the wider sales team to deliver and execute the strategy for key RTM customers. It includes a combination of account management and new business ā identifying future opportunities for the business. The successful candidate will be committed to the growth of their account base and will work with the trade marketing team to deliver activation plans. They will be tasked with driving sales and revenue across the account base and ensuring visibility of the entire portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have drinks experience and will already be working with Wholesale and Convenience customers. They should possess knowledge of key venues that the business should target, especially focused in and around London. The candidate will be highly commercial and a people person, able to connect with stakeholders. They should be proactive and thrive in fast-paced environments ā no two days are the same in this business, so the successful individual will be agile and responsive. They will be self-motivated and a self-starter, enjoying being out with customers. This role would suit someone who is outgoing, takes initiative, and has an entrepreneurial mind. They challenge norms and think outside the box!
