Discover more at www.necsws.com NO AGENCIES PLEASE Role Overview: We are seeking a Delivery Manager to support our Housing SaaS Platforms, including NEC Mobile, NEC Scheduler, NEC Repairs, and NEC Engage. The role involves ensuring platform availability through monitoring, maintenance, support, and service meetings. Experience with Housing Management Software or similar Public Sector SaaS Platforms is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Monitor system health and report issues Manage planned maintenance and upgrades Coordinate support and act as point of contact between housing and CST Conduct regular service meetings with stakeholders Qualifications: Experience managing SaaS products in Housing or Public Services Technical understanding of Housing SaaS systems Relationship management skills Knowledge of ITIL principles Strong communication skills Commercial awareness and decision-making abilities Benefits: Private Medical Cover Paid holiday and flexible benefits Employer pension contributions up to 8.5% Additional Information: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
