Property Consultant – Survey Manager

We have an opportunity for a Survey Manager to join our Property Consultancy team in Winchester. The role would suit an individual from a residential surveying background, with experience of project managing large scale stock condition surveys. The role will develop and be reviewed over time as it integrates with the broader stock survey foundations within the team.

Responsibilities include supporting and reporting to the discipline lead/Partner. This is not an exhaustive list and the role will evolve with the team.

Experience and Qualifications

• Appropriate qualifications such as RICS or CIOB are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of construction technology relating to residential accommodation.
• Experience of project managing large scale stock condition surveys.
