Housing Services Administrator

This is a Permanent , Full Time vacancy that will close in 6 days at 23:59 BST . The Vacancy Housing Services Administrator 37 hours per week Salary up to £24,402 per annum (Benefits include medical healthcare and company pension scheme) We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive individual with a can-do attitude who is keen to learn new skills and able to work in a busy office environment. The role will be varied, providing administration support to our housing management team. Among other duties you will be responsible in co-ordinating and triaging work coming into the department and preparing paperwork in regard to tenancy changes therefore excellent organisational, administration skills and attention to detail are essential. The ideal person will have GCSEs in Maths and English and possess strong IT skills. You will also be reliable with the ability to prioritise your own workload to meet tight deadlines.
