About the Role

We’re seeking a Director of Network Architecture to define and execute a forward-thinking network strategy that ensures scalability, reliability, and security across a rapidly growing organisation. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a long-term network architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives.

  • Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the design, deployment, and optimisation of network systems and services.

  • Innovation & Transformation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Budget & Vendor Oversight: Manage budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all network designs meet regulatory and security standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in scaling network architecture within high-growth environments.
  • Strong leadership background with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of emerging technologies, sustainability, and efficiency standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing network integration during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong grasp of data analytics, programming logic, and architectural documentation.
  • International experience and significant vendor management expertise are highly desirable.
