This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing tech firms in the UK at the forefront of a massive growth industry. As a Cyber Security Consultant, you will simulate attacks to identify and report security flaws. You will have the ability to take initiative, learn quickly on the job, and deal with issues as they arise in a high-pressure environment. You will be an enthusiastic tester with a few years of experience, passionate about working in security, and constantly researching the latest vulnerabilities to stay at the industry’s leading edge. You must have achieved your CTM/CSTM qualifications, hold SC, and be or be eligible for Check Status certification. You must be either a UK citizen and have current SC Clearance. Due to the nature of some of our work and exposure to sensitive information, SC vetting is required.
About your role: You will be a highly skilled information security specialist working with government and private sector clients, contributing to Resillion’s reputation in penetration testing services. You will participate in thought leadership on social media and industry events, and help improve internal testing and reporting processes. The role offers an attractive package and opportunities for career advancement through certifications and schemes.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver engagements including IT Health Checks under the government CHECK scheme
- Peer review of colleagues’ work and report writing
- Maintain internal database of findings
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Represent Resillion at events and give talks
Required skills:
- Current SC Security Clearance
- CTM/CSTM and CRT (preferred) or QTSM
- At least 2 years of industry experience
- Knowledge of industry standard tools (both commercial and open source)
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Attention to detail and quality
- Excellent communication and time management skills
