Are you a Mobile Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider? An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based across City of London and West End.

PRS are currently looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover commercial office and high-end residential contracts across The City of London and West End. The successful candidates will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial / high-end residential building maintenance.

This is a Van Mobile position requiring attendance at multiple sites to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant, with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance. The company offers a competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum, overtime, and further training.

Duties:

  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance as instructed, including electrical & mechanical PPM, reactive works, minor building repairs, plumbing works including drainage, and other general duties supporting client needs.
  • Update completed tasks on the site PDA system.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship to ensure the operation, effectiveness, and reliability of building systems.
  • Assist specialist subcontractors with PPM and reactive works.
  • Follow all site procedures and health & safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all site works.
  • Inspect services and proactively address call-outs/repairs as required.

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent qualification.
