We're working with a growing organisation seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to support their HR function on a part-time, fixed-term basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on HR policies, procedures, and current employment legislation.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.

- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities from job scoping through to new starter setup.
