Location - Near Kings Hill, Kent

We're working with a growing organisation seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to support their HR function on a part-time, fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HR professional to step into a varied and rewarding role, contributing to key people initiatives and driving continuous improvement across the business.

The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees alike. You'll be joining a business that values initiative, collaboration, and a solutions-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on HR policies, procedures, and current employment legislation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Support managers with performance management, conflict resolution, and formal processes such as disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities from job scoping through to new starter setup.
  • Collaborate on talent development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Contribute to the implementation of engagement strategies and workplace culture programs.
  • Oversee accurate HR documentation, records, and reporting.
  • Deliver and support training on key HR topics including diversity and leadership.
