An international bank based in Central London are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the team. This role offers hybrid working – three days per week in the office and two days per week working from home.

This role would suit a HR generalist with strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience working for an SME within the banking or financial services sector; experience working for a multinational organisation is desirable.

As the HR Manager, you will be comfortable working in a generalist HR role with a focus on people and engagement. You will be managing a small HR team of two to help deliver HR strategy and operations to the London branch of the organisation.

Your key responsibilities as HR Manager will include:

  • Managing the HR team and providing a HR advisory service to the managers and department heads.
  • Annually reviewing employee appraisals and policies and procedures.
  • Conducting mandatory training.
  • Keeping the employee benefits package under review.
  • Heading up recruitment and payroll for the London branch.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified and will have experience managing a HR team. You will be confident with UK employment law and have experience working within banking or the wider financial services.
