Join our client\’s team as a creative and skilled Conversational Designer, where you\’ll play a pivotal role in elevating mobile chatbot experiences. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting intuitive, user-focused conversational flows that assist customers with their banking needs through both text and voice interactions. Responsibilities Design, test, and refine conversational flows for the banking chatbot, ensuring seamless integration within the mobile app. Develop and enhance voice-forward navigation systems, creating intuitive voice commands and responses for efficient user interactions. Collaborate with product managers, developers, UX/UI designers, and customer service teams to align conversational strategies with business objectives and user needs. Leverage user research and feedback to continuously improve conversational design, emphasizing clarity, usability, and accessibility. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate chatbot interactions, iterating based on feedback and performance data. Analyze chatbot performance data to identify opportunities for conversation optimization and user experience enhancements. Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices concerning user data privacy and conversational AI ethics. Qualifications Over 2 years of experience in Conversational Design, UX/UI writing, or interaction design, ideally focused on chatbots for mobile or voice applications. Demonstrated experience in designing voice-forward navigation and interactions for digital products. Familiarity with conversational design principles, natural language processing (NLP), and voice user interface best practices. Strong grasp of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles. Excellent writing, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical team members. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and/or VoiceFlow. Preferred Skills Experience with accessibility design standards. Knowledge of agile methodologies and collaborative software development tools like Jira and Confluence. Experience in the financial services sector, particularly banking, is preferred but not required.
