Critical to our business growth is the growth of an engaged and active consumer community. We’re looking for a driven and creative Digital Mobilisation Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-impact digital campaigns that inspire people to take meaningful action. The role You’ll play a pivotal role in mobilising supporters, engaging claimants, and amplifying the reach and effectiveness of our mission-driven work. You’ll bring a strong background in digital campaigning and audience mobilisation, with the technical confidence to work across platforms including Wordpress, Engaging Networks, and Google Analytics. You will work directly with our co-founders, the Digital Content Creator, the Business Development ManagerBDM and Data Analyst to translate big ideas into actions that drive change. What you’ll do Plan, develop and execute effective digital mobilisation campaigns to recruit supporters and drive engagement, action, and retention of the community. Coordinate multi-channel campaign tactics across email, social media, the website, and paid media working with the Digital Content Creator and Co-founders Working with the Data Analyst to use data-driven insights to grow and segment email lists for targeted actions. Optimise user journeys and calls to action to maximise campaign conversions. Work with the Digital Content Creator to develop digital content and assets that support claimant onboarding and participation. Build and manage campaign pages and action tools using Wordpress and Engaging Networks. Track performance and user engagement using Google Analytics, Engaging Networks and other relevant tools. Collaborate with the digital teams to improve technical functionality and UX of action pages Monitor KPIs and produce regular reports on community health, campaign performance and audience engagement. Test, learn, and iterate based on A/B testing, analytics insights, and user feedback. About you We’re looking for someone who is: Strong understanding of supporter journeys, email marketing, and digital engagement best practices. Experience using Engaging Networks. Confident managing content and campaign pages in Wordpress. Proficient in using Google Analytics to track and optimise performance. Excellent written and visual communication skills, with a sharp eye for impactful messaging. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally.
