Sales Manager – Car Finance | £70k OTE | Full-Time | Head Office-Based

Location: Head Office (no field work)

Salary: Basic + Commission | £70,000 OTE

Are you an experienced Sales Manager – or a high-performing Business Manager ready to take the next step? We’re looking for a confident leader to manage a team of 6 Business Managers in a fast-paced car finance environment. This is a head office-based role with all communication handled over the phone – no in-person client work or travel required.

About the Role:

This role is focused on leading and motivating a successful sales team to drive finance performance and meet ambitious targets. You’ll oversee all day-to-day sales activity, provide coaching, and help create a culture of energy, accountability, and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of 6 Business Managers
• Drive daily performance and support team to exceed KPIs and finance targets
• Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Oversee all outbound and inbound sales activity conducted via phone
• Work closely with leadership to improve team processes and results

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Sales Manager or Business Manager in car finance, automotive, or similar sales-driven environment
• A confident leader with strong people management skills
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities
• Comfortable in a non-client-facing, phone-based role
• Results-driven and committed to high performance
