The firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Finance Associate to join its growing global practice.

• Salary: £Excellent
• Experience: Solicitor (Associate to Managing Associate) with 4 PQE or more from a highly regarded Real Estate Finance practice

The opportunity

This is a chance to work on a peerless quality of real estate finance work across a number of sectors. You’ll advise a broad range of clients including debt funds, PE houses and investment managers on a an equally varied range of instructions including:

• Investment and development financing
• Loan-on-loan/back-leverage structures
• Distressed and restructuring matters in the real estate space

You’ll collaborate closely with our client’s European offices, gaining exposure to multi-jurisdictional deals of the highest calibre.

About you

We are keen to speak with confident, ambitious, commercially minded lawyers with:

• At least 4 years’ post-qualified experience
• Strong grounding in real estate finance and broader banking work (e.g. acquisition finance, corporate lending)
• Familiarity with LMA documentation and sponsor-side transactions
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude and ability to work independently within a collaborative team
