We are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager based within our Land Reclamation division, focussing on our special projects & public realm works to assume overall responsibility for multiple projects.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of public realm and special projects. This includes schemes such as urban landscaping and public realm improvements, Heritage Lottery-funded Park restorations, and the enhancement of parks and gardens.

As Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will be responsible for programming and planning works, managing budgets and resources, leading site teams, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. A key part of your role will be liaising with clients, local authorities, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 7 in Civil Engineering, and bring a strong technical and construction background, along with commercial and contractual awareness. You will be confident in leading, supporting, and motivating site teams, with excellent people management and communication skills.

Well-organised and proactive in forward planning, you will be able to anticipate potential issues and develop practical solutions to keep projects on track. Strong analytical skills, sound judgement, and a common-sense approach to operational challenges are essential. Above all, you will take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes while maintaining a professional image and prioritising customer satisfaction.

The role of a Contracts Manager at Casey:

    • Control financial aspects, monitor costs, and drive value engineering and efficiency.
