3Search is a specialist recruitment agency focused on recruiting in the marketing and digital space. We cover both permanent and contract roles across Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, UX, Search Engine Marketing, Marketing & Communications, CRM, Analytics, Product, Project Management, and much more.

A large part of our investment strategy in 2024 was growing our executive proposition and we are looking for experienced Executive Search Partners to join the team!

Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and senior candidates within the Marketing industry.
  • Work winning across marketing, sales, or digital at senior level c suite and -1.
  • Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients.
  • Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
  • Managing complex negotiations.
  • Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets.
  • Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market.
  • Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
  • Supports manager with training, standing in when required, and driving initiatives and company values.
