About you: We are seeking a strategic and analytical FP&A Revenue Analytics Lead to own our revenue reporting, analysis, and performance insights. In this high-impact role, you'll partner closely functionally, with our Business units and executive teams to translate data into action-providing detailed insights to ensure smarter decisions can be made. This role involves driving financial performance and aligning financial strategies with the business objectives.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and insights to support decision-making at the executive and board levels.
  • Effectively use financial information to provide the business with better insight into business performance and trajectory and opportunities for growth.
  • Drive optimisation of financial performance and manage to target metrics.
  • Act as a point of contact for metric-related queries and data assurance issues.
  • Be an active member of the Finance function and drive finance process improvements.
  • Oversee integration of acquisitions.
  • Work closely with the Data team in ensuring complete accuracy.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Demonstrable experience in a data analysis, governance, or reporting role.
  • Strong knowledge of dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial insights.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience working with financial data and metrics, ideally in a SaaS or software business.
  • Understanding of data governance principles and data quality assurance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
