Location: Based out of the Birmingham office but could accommodate working from the LSH Nottingham or Milton Keynes offices.

Our national service lines cover the North, Midlands, South West, London, and the South West regions.
Our services include:
- Lease renewals: For tenants, offering incentives, lower rent, or minimizing dilapidation liabilities; for landlords, maximizing asset value and securing income.
- Lease restructuring: Protecting assets for landlords and making substantial savings for tenants.
- Lease surrender: Providing advice on lease value and negotiating surrenders for tenants or landlords.
- Rent reviews: Maintaining income flow for landlords and mitigating overheads for tenants.
This opportunity: Lambert Smith Hampton is looking to expand the Midlands Lease Advisory team at Chartered Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level up to Associate Director level to support our regional head. The Midlands region offers a vibrant and large geographical area to cover, with a strong client base working with household names, providing a significant workload and income stream from day one. We are experiencing growth and expansion, and this role offers the chance to take on active clients, expand revenues, win new business, and support a growing team.
