A well-established and highly regarded housebuilder is seeking a skilled professional to oversee contracts and project delivery across high-quality new build developments across Scotland.
As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple residential projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Leading project teams, liaising with subcontractors, and maintaining strong client relationships will be key to your success.
