We have an exciting new opportunity for a HR Programme Manager to join Robert Walters as a Consultant. As an employed Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of Programme and Project management services across our clients' People Change Portfolio, leading in evolving our approach to the delivery of change. Applying a commercial mindset, you will focus on managing flexible and fixed resource pools to deliver agreed scope to time, cost and quality.

You will be responsible for the global implementation of Oracle HCM alongside all other HR change within the portfolio across a broad range of specialisms, covering Operating Model, Technology, M&A activities and Group mandated changes such as risk regulation and compliance activity.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the programme of change, including defining programme governance and stakeholder management approaches, scope, goals and objectives to ensure all levels of organisation have mutual understanding of the vision, scope, objectives and required outcomes for the programme.
  • Establish and manage the overall programme governance and reporting to sponsors and other senior stakeholder groups, including risk management framework, to ensure effective communication, engagement, and decision-making approach in operation.
  • Oversee programme planning to ensure identification of dependencies across the organisation, and understanding of critical paths and key milestones, to manage risk effectively through the lifecycle of the programme.
  • Ensure business cases are prepared, approved, and monitored to ensure effective financial control and benefits management. Set and own budgets assigned to programmes and projects.
  • Support Portfolio Director with assessment and prioritisation of demand, allocating resources based on capacity and skillset to deliver agreed scope.
  • Partner with US Implementation Lead to provide oversight and consistency in approach to the US implementation.

Who we're looking for:

  • Proven track record of engaging across all areas of the organisation and have the appropriate gravitas when engaging with Executive Directors and Senior Management.
  • Experience of successful delivery of large-scale projects and change programmes, including technology implementation and process redesign.
  • Able to navigate complex matrixed organisations with a strong focus on outcome delivery.
  • Excellent knowledge of best practice transformation methodologies.
  • Previous HR/Change experience across technology, process and operating model with HCM implementation.
