We are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking secondary school in Crawley that is seeking an experienced and passionate Inclusion Manager to join their team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping and leading the school’s inclusion strategy, ensuring that all students particularly those with SEND, EAL, and social or emotional needs receive the support and guidance necessary to thrive. Reporting to the senior leadership team, the Inclusion Manager will be instrumental in removing barriers to learning and promoting an inclusive culture across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the development and implementation of inclusive practices across the school
  • Work collaboratively with the SENCO, pastoral team, and external professionals to support student needs
  • Coordinate support for vulnerable students, including those at risk of exclusion or disengagement
  • Contribute to behaviour management and attendance strategies
