The IDeaS Account Manager will manage the relationships of existing mid-sized and large accounts within the territory. Responsibilities include managing accounts and contributing to regional sales results, focusing on revenue retention and growth. IDeaS offers software-as-a-service pricing and revenue management solutions, along with advisory consulting services. The role involves growing and retaining customers within the assigned territory, reporting to the Area Manager, Account Management, with support across teams. What you’ll be doing… Build and nurture relationships with assigned accounts through on-site meetings, regular contact, and industry events. Communicate confidently about IDeaS products and services, actively listening to client needs. Identify business opportunities to develop growth strategies, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets. Leverage IDeaS strategies and resources to create and win opportunities. Provide proactive service and engage resources to meet client expectations. Use tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Premium to track activities and manage accounts. Report monthly on strategies, tactics, and successes to sales leadership. Represent IDeaS professionally in the market. Act as an ambassador for accounts, communicating client needs to leadership. Engage clients as references and participate in case studies. Manage expectations to ensure products and services meet client needs. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitors. Perform other duties as assigned. What you’ll bring to us… 5+ years of experience in Hospitality Technology, Hotel Technology, revenue management, or related fields, with a focus on consultative enterprise software sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse cultures and levels. Understanding of hospitality industry and hotel infrastructure, including technology interfaces. Experience communicating with executive management, including C-Level. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build relationships with clients at various levels, especially senior management. Excellent listening skills to align products with client goals.
