Reporting to the HMS & Drill Services Manager, the Specialist Supervisor – Drills will join our HMS & Drill Services team on a permanent full-time basis at our South Guildford Headquarters. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of Drill Technicians, providing technical support, and partnering with customers to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Roster: Monday to Friday, 10.5 hours per day (including meal break)
What You’ll Do:
- Coach and develop a team supporting surface mining drills across multiple OEMs
- Oversee aftersales equipment support, warranty repairs, and performance strategies, including major shutdown works
- Conduct regular site visits to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide hands-on technical support to Drill specialists and technicians
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a supervisory role
- Background in Field Service and mine site operations
- Strong technical aptitude with Drill equipment
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to site as required
- Advanced stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- OEM dealership experience is advantageous
