The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

To support the BMS team with conducting period control functions and reporting. To act as liaison between internal stakeholders, product specialists and local team to increase efficiency and client and employee experience. To ensure Operational Risk is managed effectively. To assist in driving business objectives and implementing changes effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the BMS team and stakeholders to ensure operational delivery of relevant infrastructure, systems, and platforms to ensure ultimate client and employee delivery and satisfaction.
  • Assist the BMS team to ensure timely implementation of any revisions in PB London Standard Operating Procedure due to group guidelines and local regulatory updates.
  • Be responsible for proactively identifying and driving the process of updates based on changes in group policy or regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct periodic control functions and testing at a local level in line with the BMS Control Framework, to check adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, and identify controls gaps in PB London process.
  • Cross Border monitoring to ensure that cross border policy and guidelines are being followed.
