Our client is a leader in storage software for enterprise. They are looking for an executive sales leader for a strategic position in sales to grow their business throughout EMEA. This role is ideal for an exceptional Sales Executive eager to drive change and evangelize new technologies. Candidates should have experience in both large corporate and start-up environments and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Solid experience managing at least 50 people in EMEA within a geographically distributed organization
- Proven success in direct and indirect (solutions) selling to enterprise customers in storage software and hardware
- Experience in target account selling, solution selling, and complex sales cycles with CxO level
- Ability to plan and actively manage a region to maximize revenue and efficiency
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across all organizational levels, including executives
- Results-oriented, self-starter, creative, and influential
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
- High integrity, honesty, and work ethic
- Willingness to travel as needed
