You will...
- Be part of a small but experienced and focused team which supports the growth of Freetrade whilst maintaining a strong observance of CASS rules across the entire business.
- Complete daily CASS 7 (cash) and CASS 6 (Custody) reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner to prevent rule breaches.
- Prepare CMAR reports for the business.
- Contribute to new business development and ensure new products and services are designed with CASS in mind.
- Identify internal process improvements, including use of AI, and work with our 3rd party suppliers to deliver our change requirements.
- Be part of control reviews, support annual external audits, contribute to 3rd party reviews and internal governance MI.

Your experience and background:
- 2+ years experience in Banking or other Financial service company, running daily CASS reconciliations.
- A good working knowledge of the UK CASS (6, 7, 8, 9 & 10) from the FCA Client Asset Sourcebook.
- Proficient in Google e.g. Google sheets, Google docs etc.
- Desirable: It will be desirable if you have some accounting experience, MI reporting and Dashboard building experience.
