We’re on the lookout for a passionate Graduate Finance Analyst to join our team on our Graduate Scheme and grow alongside our fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation.

The Role: As a Graduate Finance Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our day-to-day financial operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience across core areas of finance including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a strong foundation in finance within a fast-paced, data-driven company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily financial operations including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure data is entered into accounting systems correctly.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities with the wider finance team.
  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to financial analysis tasks including cost tracking, revenue analysis, and variance reporting.
  • Assist with the preparation of VAT returns and other regulatory filings.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, data, compliance) to support cross-functional finance needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and increase operational efficiency.
  • Take part in mentorship, training sessions, and finance-specific development workshops as part of the Graduate Scheme, including industry qualifications - ACCA or CIMA.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) or financial reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
  • Exposure to finance within a digital, marketing, or fast-paced business is a plus.
