Job responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the flow of inventory from suppliers to warehouses and customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products across Europe and North America. Coordination & Scheduling: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of transportation, including scheduling shipments, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery. Supplier & Carrier Management: Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to manage logistics processes, negotiate rates, and resolve any issues that arise. Inventory Management: Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely stock management. ERP management – raising sales orders for the receipt of stock, and all stock transfers within the ERP system Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve logistics issues, implementing proactive measures to prevent future occurrences. Continuous Improvement: Analyse current logistics processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Logistics KPI measurement and reporting preparation – provide relevant data and reports to the operations team and management. Job requirements 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably within the fashion industry. Ideally experience with SAP but experience of managing stock on an ERP system across multiple stock locations is a must Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
