A well-established UK financial services provider is hiring Customer Service Experts to support their pensions and savings customers within their Wealth division. You’ll be joining a purpose-driven team in a hybrid role, with a strong focus on empathy, care, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service to customers and financial advisers via phone and admin support.

Training:

This role begins with approximately 8 weeks of in-office training in Sheffield before transitioning to a hybrid model (3 days office / 2 days remote).
