You’ll be joining a purpose-driven team in a hybrid role, with a strong focus on empathy, care, and clear communication. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding service to customers and financial advisers via phone and admin support. Handle complex queries with care, commitment, and professionalism. Demonstrate active listening and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively. Embrace digital tools and promote self-service options to improve the customer experience. Learn technical financial products with full training provided. Ideal Candidate: Confident communicator with a warm and helpful phone manner. Skilled in building rapport and showing empathy. Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership. Able to navigate digital systems confidently. Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Training: This role begins with approximately 8 weeks of in-office training in Sheffield before transitioning to a hybrid model (3 days office / 2 days remote).
