We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals through home care services or in care homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support individuals with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Help clients with meal preparation and feeding as required.
- Maintain accurate care plans and documentation to track client progress and needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on client status.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in IT systems relevant to care management.
