(38 hour week Monday to Friday Days Only )

Were hiring a CNC Siemens Programmer (Supervisor) for a precision breakdown machine shop in Rugby. This is a great opportunity for a skilled CNC professional with leadership experience.

Role Details:

Pay: £19- £19.50per hour + overtime (time and a third)

Start Date: Immediate or can wait until July

Overtime: Available

Key Responsibilities:

? Operate, set, and program Siemens CNC Milling Centres (Fusion 360 or similar).

? Lead the Day shift team, ensuring productivity and quality.

? Conduct quality checks and oversee machine maintenance.

? Optimize machining processes and troubleshoot issues.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven Siemens CNC experience (programming, setting, operating).
• Siemens machinery
• Cam programming
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, tolerances, and quality control.
• Manual machining and basic welding skills (desirable).
